Swimming at the the Junods

Wendi stayed with her mother-in-law in Spring during her stay in Houston. Kathy was very gracious and offered up her home for us to have a playdate. Since she has a fantastic pool, we were all in for a fun time. It was a gorgeous day and all the kids were in fairly good moods.

All the life preservers paused for a snack break. With 16 kids all over the place, the life jackets made the mommies relax just a bit. But this group is used to the chaos and we all team together to make sure all the kids are having fun.

Aunt Shani got everyone involved with Ring Around the Rosie and Duck, Duck, Goose. I have always loved the pools that have the shallow end wading area - made for great play with all the kids.

Did I mention that we played it over, and over, and over?

Somehow we moms managed to eat all by ourselves. Which was great since we had yummy food made by Wendi.

The big kids got to eat at the patio table.

And the littler kids had their own eating section on the ground. Hey, they don't know the difference.

Thanks to Kathy for being generous with her home and Wendi for feeding and entertaining us. We had a blast!
