Ramblings of a three year old boy

Justin came in bright and early at 6:10am and climbed into bed. He started to sing a song about Jesus not sleeping until he found all his sheep. I guess Justin was finding some sheep instead of sleeping, but I digress. He then whispers into my ear, "Mommy, what's a what's a mommy lamb called?" In my just woken up state I cannot think clearly. He then gives me a hint: "It's in my name." I am even more dumbfounded at this point. Then he tells me, "It's a U (as in ewe)..."

I asked Justin to not turn up the TV so loud. I told him it could hurt his ears and the TV. He looked at me and then told me that he forgave me for yelling at him, because THAT hurt his ears.

Justin came in wet one weekend and yelled upstairs for mommy to be his helper (new favorite line - wonder where he got that from) and bring him a towel because he was cold. I asked what he had been doing in his swim suit, and he told me he had been running in the sprinkler in the backyard...in 60 degree weather.

And random photos to make you smile - Wonderboy, in a too small suit

This year's Halloween costume? Maybe not.

Why stop at painting your face when you can paint your ears?

I came home after Beth Moore one night to this. Justin had made this for mommy to sit on when she gets home. He was already asleep in bed, but I had my mall/airport/gas station experience right in my own home.

The Smiths are known for our long toes and what we can do for them. And please notice the ears as well. The trait continues...

I wonder if he can stay in the lines with this tactic?

Might be tricky.

Now onto those Easter photos - will someone edit them for me?

He looks so much older in these photos. He is so precious. I also loved the toilet seat. How thoughtful!
