Going Away Dinner for Jenise

I can't believe that I have yet another best friend up and move from Houston. I feel like a season is coming where all my near and dear are going to start going away. My parents' best friends all gradually moved away, so I fear that time in our lives has come again. Jenise was one of my first girlfriends in Houston. Yet another fun friend that I met via Wendi. Jenise and I had our three firstborn sons on the same day. You can't even plan that if you wanted to. Her twins were a quick C-section last minute and Justin was an induction. Hudson and Justin will always have that special bond of being born on the same day. And sweet John Caleb will always be resting on our hearts. Stephen, Jenise's husband, got a great job offer in Victoria. Within a week they got an offer on their house and literally left Houston. I am still in shock. But the Lord's hand was so prevalent in this whole process. How else can you sell your house so quickly in a bad market?

We had dinner at a new place called Pizza Fusion out off Louetta & 249. Great place to eat, both for their yummy pizzas, $7 wine bottles on Tuesdays, and kids eat free on Wednesdays. If we are ever out that way for a meal we will definitely be back. Not to mention that it's all organic food as well. Well, aren't we green.
